- Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
- A $200.00 deposit is required at time of booking.
- Rental fee is payable at check-in.
- Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM.
- All rates are based on double occupancy.
- 30 day cancellation policy or loss of deposit.
- Smoking permitted on outside decks only.
- For the benefit of all our guests pets are not permitted.
